Why not just use the venue's WiFi?
Venue WiFi is sized for normal daily occupancy — a hotel's usual guest load, not 500+ people connecting at once for a few hours. It's also shared with other tenants and building systems, so you have no control over available bandwidth during your event. Dedicated event WiFi and internet bandwidth exist specifically to remove this uncertainty.
How much notice do you need before an event?
Timelines depend on venue and scale, but dedicated RF/wireless links can often be deployed in hours rather than the weeks a new fibre connection from an ISP might take. The earlier we know your venue and expected attendee count, the more accurately we can plan access point placement and bandwidth sizing.
Do you provide internet where there's no existing fibre?
Yes — for venues without fibre infrastructure (outdoor grounds, remote resorts, construction sites), we deploy RF (point-to-point wireless) links to bring dedicated bandwidth to the site without waiting on fibre rollout.
What's the difference between shared and dedicated bandwidth?
Shared bandwidth means your event is drawing from the same pool of internet as other guests, tenants, or building systems at the venue — performance depends on what everyone else is doing at the same time. Dedicated bandwidth is provisioned exclusively for your event, so your connection isn't affected by anyone else's usage.
How many CCTV cameras do I need for my event?
This depends on venue layout and what you need visibility over — entry points, stages, registration desks, and high-footfall zones are the usual priorities. Camera count and placement should be planned around your specific floor plan, not a flat number based on attendee count alone.
What's the difference between "HD" CCTV and true 4K?
Much of what's marketed as "HD" in event CCTV rental is actually 2MP or 4MP. True 4K is 8 megapixels — sharp enough to identify faces and details clearly on playback, which matters if footage ever needs to be reviewed after an incident.
Do your engineers stay on-site during the event, or just for setup?
Our engineers remain on-site through the event to monitor the network and cameras and handle any adjustments in real time, not just at setup and teardown.
Which cities do you serve?
We've delivered event WiFi, dedicated internet, and CCTV surveillance for events across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Gurgaon, among other locations across India.
Do you only handle WiFi, internet, and CCTV?
That's where our expertise is deepest, and it's what we lead with. But a few of our larger deployments have called for something adjacent — our case studies mention this where it happened. Our approach has generally been to solve the problem in front of us with the technical team already on-site, rather than turning a client away because it falls slightly outside a fixed service list.
