Most "event WiFi" problems aren't really internet problems - they're enterprise wireless network design problems. A venue can have excellent internet and still deliver unusable WiFi if the access points, controller, and channel planning aren't built for hundreds of devices connecting in one room at once. This is the layer Webpix specializes in.

How our Event WiFi setup works

We deploy Ruckus access points managed by an on-site Ruckus ZoneDirector hardware controller - not a cloud-based controller - so the network keeps functioning locally even if there's ever a hiccup upstream. Each access point is placed and configured - wide, narrow, or omni-directional antenna patterns - based on the actual shape of the room and expected device density, not a one-size-fits-all setting.

What's included

Proven at scale: We've delivered enterprise WiFi for 7,000+ attendees at IG Indoor Stadium, Delhi (Maruti Ignis launch) and IBM's Global Think Forum India at The Leela Ambience, Gurgaon (attended by Sunil Bharti Mittal), alongside WiFi and networking for Google for India, YouTube Brandcast, and Google Developer Days.

Event WiFi for your kind of event

Different events stress a WiFi network in different ways - a wedding's challenge (video streaming to family, one dense reception hall) is nothing like a trade show's (hundreds of exhibitor devices, all-day density). We'll be publishing dedicated guides for each as our case history grows:
