We plan the wired backbone (CAT-5/fibre) around the venue's actual floor plan — where the stage is, where breakout rooms sit, where registration desks and press areas need dedicated drops — rather than running cable along the path of least resistance. For multi-room or multi-floor venues, this means mapping switch placement and cable runs in advance.
